Export from job library

From job libraries, it is possible to export the following data:

• Job library (separately for the current job profile and the future job profile)
• Job skills (separately for the current job profile and the future job profile)
• Job keywords

The process of exporting data from your smartLibrary environment is the same for each data type:

1. On the Libraries page, switch to the Jobs tab.
2. In the Job Library drop-down list, select a job library from which you want to export data.
3. On the command bar, click Export, and then select the command you need to export corresponding data.

You cannot export the HRForecast library.
