Job Architecture Analytics
Smart Library now includes an analytics dashboard giving you a data-driven view of your entire job library. The Job Profiles view shows profile completeness, skill coverage, and automation potential across all your jobs and job families — with filtering, CSV export, and the ability to click directly from an insight into the underlying job or skill.
Automation potential for custom jobs
You can now generate automation potential data for jobs and duties you’ve built in your Smart Library. The platform analyses your custom duties and produces an automation potential score, a duty-by-duty time breakdown, and a plain-language summary — so you’re not limited to standard library benchmarks when assessing where automation makes sense in your organization.
Bulk job mapping
You can now map your entire job library to standard benchmark jobs in one go, using a step-by-step wizard. Filter by mapped, unmapped, or needs-review status, check confidence scores before committing, and let the process run in the background. When it’s done, a summary shows what was updated and what still needs attention.
Bulk market data load for your job library
You can now load market data across your entire job library in one operation, rather than updating each job individually. Choose which jobs, which profiles (current or future), and which data types to refresh — descriptions, duties, skills, or automation potential — then let it run in the background while you keep working.
Skill cluster export
You can now export your skill cluster library as a CSV file. Apply filters to narrow your selection by language or taxonomy, then download a snapshot of your data to analyse, share, or work with in a spreadsheet.
