Private profile

If you have a private profile, you can still receive job and task matchings. When you show your interest in a job, a task, or an event, the contact can only see your skills and no contact details at first. Only after you accept the job, task, or event invitation, your contact details become visible to the post owner, and the contact can get in touch with you. Whereas for the event, its attendees can see only your name and current job as well as contact you via MS Teams once you have been accepted for the event. It happens only for the event posts that are set up accordingly. Your personal data is not needed for the matching process, but it is essential to get in contact with each other.

Only users of the Moderator role as well as team leaders with the rights to view and modify the profiles of the assigned team members can view private profiles in full as well as edit them.

You can anonymize your data by setting your profile to private. For more details about how to make your profile private, see Private profile.

The profile privacy settings can be defined in the user import template when importing users to the user management system (Ludi Cloud) directly or via a pipeline.

The system can also be configured in such a way that all new users added to Ludi Cloud have a private profile by default. For more details, see Default privacy.
