New features

• Import users via pipeline
  The new update makes it possible to schedule a regular user import via a pipeline connection. Only one pipeline can be created to import data of a specific type. The import can be done in two modes: a scheduled standalone data import and a data import upon the first login.
• Delete inactive users
  Today’s update brings the Inactive user deletion feature along. From here on, you can set a period of time after which inactive users get automatically deleted.
• Delete users
  We extend the Delete users feature with the new possibility to delete users who have imported data to smartApps. All users’ data is removed. In the Imports table, such users are shown as Deleted users in the Import by column.
• Define default privacy
  The new update brings a possibility to define the default privacy settings. From now on, you can set the new users’ profiles default to private or public. The setting does not affect users already existing in the system.

Enhancements

• We have extended the import feature with the possibility to assign users to a team while importing users either by uploading the import file to Ludi Cloud or via a pipeline.
• To make the process of importing data via pipelines smooth and seamless, only one pipeline can be created to import data of a specific type.
• You get more improvements in the import process. From now on, you can assign multiple team leaders. In the import file, you can define several email addresses of the users you want to add as team leaders and separate them with a semicolon (;). For this purpose, you can find a special column.
• From here on, you can add or delete languages to add a data privacy text in each of them as well as edit the text by applying formatting to it.
• For a better user experience, the Terms of use and privacy link has been removed from the login page.
