Skills: We deleted skills that were deleted from standard library from user’s profiles.
Import: Refactored whole import page for better user experience.
Jobs: Added a marker to highlight which job profile (current or future) is used by user in smartApps.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an error that occurred when user tried to delete skills or trainings.
