Ludi Cloud

New features

  • Merge list entries
Managing custom fields is getting more efficient and effective. You can now merge entries for fields of the single- and multi-select list types, and thus, have your list entries better organized, keep only correct data, and avoid unnecessary duplicates.

Enhancements

  • We have extended the Import pipelines feature with a new possibility to select multiple columns and map them to one pipeline attribute in a smartApp, so you can adapt your company import file structure to the smartApp structure while importing skills via pipeline.
  • As one more enhancement of the Import pipelines feature, you get the possibility to manually select a job type for all jobs you are importing via pipeline or assign a column from your import file to use its values as job types.
  • The CSV format is now supported. You can import data from your CSV file to smartApps via pipelines.
  • For users with both Standalone and SSO sign-in types imported to Ludi Cloud via pipeline, the following fields are disabled: first name, last name, email, and username. It is not possible to edit them after import.
  • We have extended the Organizations & Teams feature with the possibility to define settings for direct and indirect reports separately. In addition, you can now select to allow team leaders to set skill requirements for indirect reports and teams.

Bug fixes

  • Once saved, modified custom branding settings do not reset to default after reloading the page.
  • Long names of custom fields are truncated to fit into the space on the Mapping step of the process of creating a new pipeline. The three dots are shown at the end. You can view a full custom filed name in the tooltip.
  • New data is successfully imported after editing a pipeline to import users by assigning new columns to the pipeline attributes on the Mapping tab.
  • Import via pipeline based on the SFTP connection runs automatically if the previous import process was reverted, but with that, a new file was uploaded to the server.
  • Users of the Admin role can access the Import pipelines area in Ludi Cloud as expected and use this feature properly.
