Private profile

For your private reasons, you can set your smartPeople profile as private. Once your account is private, the other system users can see only your skills. The rest of your profile details are hidden. However, your location preferences are considered for matching.

To make your profile private, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page from any view of smartPeople by clicking a gear icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. On the Settings page, select the Private profile checkbox.
