Email notifications

Every time a particular event occurs in the smartPeople system, you can receive an email informing you about it. Thus, you can stay up-to-date and will not miss any event when you are invited to a post, when you show your interest in that post, when you decline or accept the post invitation, or when a matching candidate shows interest in the job you have posted.

To turn on email notifications, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to smartPeople using your email and current password.
  2. Access your Ludi Cloud account.
  3. Go to Email notifications.
  4. Turn on the toggle next to the event about which you want to be notified.

Every time you receive an email, just click the corresponding button in it to open smartPeople and navigate to a specific area.

Notification bell

Stay informed about activities in smartPeople and the other smartApps. To this end, use the notification bell feature.

Notifications are sent automatically when you are invited to a post, when you show your interest in that post, when you decline or accept the post invitation, or when a new event update is available. The Admin users get notified once data is imported to smartPeople. As a result, you receive notification alerts that are shown on the notification bell in the top right of the smartPeople screen immediately.

Notification messages are displayed in the notification area. To access it and view the available messages, click the notification bell.

Clicking a notification message in the notification area redirects you to the corresponding area in a smartApp.

To mark all new messages as read, click Mark all as read.
