Yes, your data is encrypted.

No other user has direct access to your profile including your details, picture, skills, and location preferences. If you are getting matched to a job or a task, the owner of the post can see your profile picture, name, position, location, and skills. By activating the private profile, you can limit the information to skills only.

Your personal data is deleted immediately and will be deleted from the backups within a backup cycle of 30 days.

  1. Navigate to the Settings page from any view of smartPeople by clicking a gear icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. On the Settings page, select the Private profile checkbox.
