How can I change my email address on my profile page?

Can I search for a specific employee?
Searching for a specific employee by name is possible in the Talents area. You can also search here by skills and job titles.
Will my chances of being considered for a job or a task be affected if I declined an earlier offer?
No, declining a job or a task will not have an effect on any other offer.
Why can’t I create a job post?
To create a job post, you need the appropriate rights to access the job section in the Posts area. If you think that you should have access to it, but you are missing the option, please contact our support.
How can I add users to smartPeople?
To add new users to smartPeople, please get in touch with your personal smartPeople contact.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes, your data is encrypted.
Who can have access to my profile and what can they see?
No other user has direct access to your profile including your details, picture, skills, and location preferences. If you are getting matched to a job or a task, the owner of the post can see your profile picture, name, position, location, and skills. By activating the private profile, you can limit the information to skills only.
Upon deletion of my profile, what happens to my data?
Your personal data is deleted immediately and will be deleted from the backups within a backup cycle of 30 days.
How can I make my profile private?
- Navigate to the Settings page from any view of smartPeople by clicking a gear icon
at the top right-hand corner of the screen. - On the Settings page, select the Private profile checkbox.
