Overview
Use the My career tab of the Learning & Development area to start building your career by adding future jobs as your development steps. As an overview for each job you add, you can get a list of necessary or recommended skills and a score of skill match. In addition, here you can update your career path at any time and in the way you need, develop additional or missing skills to become a competitive candidate, and more.

Add new job
Each next job you add to your career after your current job is your future job. Future jobs are considered as development steps of your career.
To add a new job to your career and bring it to the next level, follow the steps listed below:
- On the My career tab, click Add new job.
- On the New job suggestions page that opens, start searching for the job you want to add. To this end, type a job title in the search box, and then click Search.
You can also browse the job by available categories. - Once you locate the job when searching for it, you can view its description, skills, as well as how your skills match the job requirements. If you are happy with the result, click Add to career.
In case you find the job while browsing through job categories, click the plus sign in the job’s tile add the job to your career. Otherwise, you can click the job’s tile to get more details about the job in a separate page, and then add the job to your career by clicking Add to career.
If you have not previously added any current job to your profile, you can do it here. To this end, click Add current job, and then follow the instructions described in Add jobs.
Manage job
You can further manage a future job you have added to your career as follows:
- Open job details
- Mark as current job
- Move to another step
- Edit job
- Remove job
To apply an action and manage a future job, click the three dots button in the job’s tile, and then click the command of your choice.
Once you select to view job details, the Job details page opens in a separate tab.
If you decide to make the future job as current or edit the future job, the Edit job dialog opens, where you can start making edits you need and then save them. For more details, see Add jobs.
To move a future job to another step, first, click Move to another step in the context menu, and then change the order of future jobs in the dialog that appears by clicking and holding the three lines icon to the left of the job you want to move and dragging it to the position you need. Once you are done, confirm your changes by clicking Save.
To remove a future job, just click Remove job in the context menu. The change takes effect immediately.
