Overview

Use the Talents tab of the Team management area to get an overview of the teams to which you are assigned as a team leader as well as get details of direct and indirect reports in those teams. The tab opens by default once you navigate to the Team management area.

Team MGMT becomes available on the navigation menu once you are assigned as a team leader.

To view members of a definite team, select that team in the team drop-down box.

To filter the talent records in the table and show either your direct or both direct and indirect reports, select the corresponding value in the reports drop-down box.

In addition, you have a possibility to sort talent records (per each column) in the table in ascending or descending order. To this end, use the down or up arrows next to a column name.

To search for a talent, use the Search box.

You can also filter the talent records by applying filters you need. To this end, first click Filter, and then opt for filters you need on the Filter pane that opens.

Direct and indirect reports

As stated above, you can filter talents records in the table to show either your direct or both direct and indirect reports. To this end, use the reports drop-down box on the command bar.

In addition, you can open indirect reports in a separate view. To this end, click the Show direct reports Show team members button icon within the record of the talent who has direct reports (these report are indirect for you). From this view, you can drill down to access direct report of any talents in the current view, if any, and so on.

To return to the previous view, click the navigation element you need in the navigation bar.

You can view direct and indirect reports if the system is set up accordingly. For more details, contact your administrator.

Select columns

Modify the table structure by adding columns to the table or removing them. To this end, first click Select columns, and then select or clear checkboxes that correspond to the table columns. Once you are done, click Save.

You cannot remove the Name column because it is required to identify a talent.

Open profile

You can view a talent’s profile. To this end, point to a record of the talent whose profile you want to open, click the three dots button, and then click Open profile. Otherwise, just click the Open profile icon within that record. As a result, the talent’s profile opens in a separate pane.

You can view talents’ profiles if the system is set up accordingly. For more details, contact your administrator.

Depending on the system settings and the access role you have, you can apply the following actions to the talent’s profile:

  • Edit user details
  • Add or edit talent’s jobs, skills, and locations
  • Edit profile slogan
  • Show contact details
  • Contact in MS Teams
  • Save profile as PDF

To edit user details, jobs, skills, or locations, use a corresponding tab of the pane. For the rest of actions, click the three dots button at the top right of the pane, and then click the command of your choice.

Export as PDF

You can export a profile of the selected talent and save it to the PDF file. To this end, follow the steps listed below:

  1. In the Talents table, select a checkbox within the record of the talent whose profile you want to export.
  2. On the command bar, click Export as PDF.
    Otherwise, you can click the three dots button within the talent record, and then click Save profile as PDF.
  3. In the Save profile as PDF dialog that appears, select the profile information you want to export.
  4. Click Export.
