Now that you have added your posts to smartPeople, you can manage them.

Edit post

To edit a post, locate the post in the corresponding list, click the three dots button, and then click Edit job, Edit task, or Edit event in the context menu that appears. Edit the post as you need it, and then click Save.

You can also start editing a post, by clicking Edit job, Edit task, or Edit event on the post page itself.

Archive post

To archive a post, locate the post in the corresponding list, click the three dots button, and then click Archive job, Archive task or Archive event in the context menu that appears. As a result, the post is archived and is not shown in the list of active posts.

You can also archive a post, by clicking the three dots button, and then clicking Archive job, Archive task or Archive event on the post page itself.

To open a list of the archived posts, click Open archived posts. You can further edit any post or delete it, if needed.

Delete archived post

You can delete a post you have previously archived. To delete such a post, first open a list of the archived posts, click the three dots button within the post record you want to delete, and then click Delete job, Delete task, or Delete event in the context menu that appears.

Grant access to post

To add a single user or multiple users to whom you want to grant access to the post, locate the post in the corresponding list, click the three dots button, and then click Grant access in the context menu that appears. You can also start granting access to a post, by clicking the three dots button, and then clicking Grant access on the post page itself.

Once done, follow the steps of granting access described per each post type:

Filter posts

To help you filter your posts more precisely, filtering by post title, location, expiration date as well as by custom fields is possible. You can find these filters in the left pane of the Posts page. Filters are available for posts of any type.

The filters show up once corresponding custom fields are added and set up in Ludi Cloud by the administrator. They may look different for you than it is illustrated on the screenshot below. Availability of  filters depends on the system settings defined for your company.
