  • Average work experience of your employees based on the information of their past and current jobs.
  • Total number of skills your employees added to their profiles.
  • Average proficiency level of skills your employees added to their profiles.
Job experience

Under Job experience, you can find two charts:

  • A pie chart presenting a data visualization of jobs your employees added to their profiles by job family.
  • A bar chart presenting jobs and number of employees possessing definite jobs.

You can select how to display data in the charts: past, current, or future jobs. The current job information is shown by default.

Values in the charts can be shown as absolute or relative.

You can download the charts in the Excel file format. To this end, click the cloud button at the top right of the chart section.

Skill knowledge

Under Skill knowledge, you can find two charts:

  • A pie chart presenting a data visualization of skills your employees added to their profiles by skill family.
  • A bar chart presenting skills and number of employees possessing these skills.

You can select how to display data in the charts:

  • by proficiency level: the share of each proficiency level available for each skill is displayed;
  • by frequency: no skill proficiency level grading is displayed.

You can download the charts in the Excel file format. To this end, click the cloud button at the top right of the chart section.
