To get the most complete and comprehensive information about any job added to your profile, click that job and drill down to the Job details page.
Here you can view a job description and its overview, manage the job, as well as get a job summary on the following:
The Overview tab opens by default once you navigate to the job details page and displays the following information about the job:
- Category
- Seniority
- Duties
- Skills: required and recommended.
Availability of job information depends on the job settings in the job library.
On the Overview tab of job details page, you can apply different actions to the job.
To copy link to the job details page to the clipboard, click the three dots button in the description section, and then click Copy link to page.
You can also view and manage skills assigned to the job.
By default, your skills are presented by the following types:
- Hard skills
- Soft skills
- Languages
However, you can hide categories. To this end, click the three dots button next to the skill section name, and then click Hide skill categories. To show them back, click Show skill categories in the context menu.
In addition, you can collapse all skills in the list or expand all records. To this end, click the three dots icon, and then select Expand all or Collapse all depending on your need.
These actions are possible only if skill categories are shown.
The skills are sorted by level.
With that, you can also sort them by skill match or skill name.
To open skill details, point to the skill record which details you want to view, click the three dots button, and then click Open skill details.
In the list of skills, you can see how well your skill matches the requirements of the selected job. It can be Fulfilled, for example, or having a Level gap. If you have no matches for a skill, you can see the Missing indicator within the skill record. To view the required proficiency level vs your proficiency level, just point to the skill match indicator.
For each skill, for which the skill validation feature is turned on, you can see if it is not validated as required. In that case, the
icon is shown within the skill record.
For each skill of the list, you can apply one of the following actions: Add to profile or Add as development target. To this end, click the three dots button within that skill record, and then click the command of your choice.
If you select to add a skill as a development target, it moves it to your development targets.
If you select to add a skill to your profile, the skill record expands, and you can define a proficiency level you have reached.
As a job summary, you can view a list of open job posts with the selected job. To this end, click Open job posts under Summary.
To view a job post and show your interest in it, click that post’s tile.
If there are more than 9 post tiles, click Find more job posts. As a result, the Browse page opens in a new tab. You can start browsing to find more open job posts.
As a job summary, you can view a list of trainings to learn or improve the selected job. To this end, click Trainings under Summary.
To view training details, click that training record in the list.
You can also mark a training as your favorite. To this end, click the heart icon in the training picture. To remove the training from the list of your favorites, click the heart icon once again.
If there are more than 12 training records in the list, you can view the whole list by clicking Find more trainings. As a result, the Learning page opens. You can see that the training records are filtered by the specified skill on the page.
As a job summary, you can view a list of talents who also have the same job added to their profiles. To this end, click Talents under Summary.
To view a talent’s profile, click that talent’s record in the list. Otherwise, you can point to the talent’s record, click the three dots button, and then click Open profile.
You can also view talent’s contact details. To this end, point to the talent’s record, click the three dots button, and then click Show contact details. As a result, the contact details are shown in a separate window.
To send a message to a talent from the list, point to the talent’s record, click the three dots button, and then click Open MS Teams. Otherwise, you can click the Open MS Teams
icon directly within the talent’s record.
The menu command becomes active if it is turned on in Ludi Cloud. For more details, contact your administrator.
If there are more than 10 talent records in the list, you can view the whole list by clicking Show more. As a result, the Talents page opens in a new tab. You can see the talent records filtered by the specified skill on the page.
