Export
You can export user skills and users’ job and skill requirements as two separate files from smartPeople. To get high exporting performance, data is exported in the CSV file format.
To open the Export page, first, click Analytics on the navigation menu, and then switch to the Export tab.
To export user skills, click Download under Skills of users.
To export users’ job and skill requirements, click Download under Job & Skill requirements of users.
To export users’ skills to develop, click Download under Skills to develop of users.
To export users’ trainings, click Download under Trainings of users.
