Overview
If your team lead and you have completed the Development review, the summary will be available under the Closed section in the Development review tab of Learning & Development area.
Click on one of the closed Development reviews to open the summary.
Summary
In the Development review summary, you can access the reviews made by you and your team lead.
You can switch between the reviews at the top by selecting either the card with your profile or the one of your team lead.
By selecting your team lead, you can see the comments that have been left and in which skills your opinion (My level) and your team lead’s (Proposal) may differ.
If your team lead has left a comment for a skill, you can access it by clicking on the Comment button.
If you want to accept the proposal of your team lead for a skills, click on the Accept proposal button when hovering over a skill entry.
If you accept a proposal, this will update the current skill level in your profile. The level in this review will remain untouched.
You can also filter for the differences and comments by clicking on the Bulb button in the header of the table, to reduce the amount of skills displayed and focus on the important skills.
Skills to develop & Trainings
The same can be done in the Skills to develop and Trainings tab.
You can see the proposals from your team lead and accept them if you agree.
If you accept a proposal for a training or skill to develop, it will affect the elements in your Learning & Development section. The information in this review will remain untouched.
