Overview
Use the Development review tab of the Learning & Development area to access your open and closed development reviews. The Development review feature let’s you and your team lead assess your current skill profile based on your selected current jobs and define skills to develop and trainings.
Your team lead and you will assess your profile in the development review individually and once the review is completed by the two of you, both assessments will be accessible.
This allows you and your team lead to identify differences for your skill levels, skills to develop and trainings and change your profile accordingly.
Enable development review via Feature access as an Administrator.
